Assessment

The assessment package allows us as a Brightside ABA team a chance to get to know yourself and/or your child/youth.  During the assessment period we work with families to collaboratively determine meaningful goals for you and your child/youth.

An assessment package is required on an annual basis for our child and youth services as well as group services.

Note: For assessment related to our adult services please refer to “adult services”.

Our assessment package includes the following:

Assessment packages are 2-4 weeks in length and include the following:

  • Functional Behaviour Assessment (if required)
  • Goal planning meeting with staff
  • Observations in centre, community or home (which ever is most appropriate for service planning)

Package cost: $1,875.00
