One of the best things about working in this field is being part of an empowerment journey for both the clients we serve and their caregivers. To be able to demonstrate the power of Applied Behaviour Analysis to change lives and produce meaningful outcomes is tremendously rewarding! I love seeing a parent or caregivers’ confidence build as they realize they now have a powerful tool to help support their loved one(s) for years to come.

My favourite part of working in the field is working collaboratively with families to establish a goal that is meaningful and impactful for them and their child or youth. One of my deepest passions is working with adults, which we have been able to do through Brightside ABA Services. We work with them to determine a goal that is meaningful and impactful.
