My favourite part of working as a Clinical Therapist is watching my clients learn how to self-regulate and communicate their needs. These goals require consistency and commitment from every person in the child’s life; it is a team effort. Knowing I have provided the family with the proper tools to help reach these goals is extremely rewarding and motivates me to provide the best service possible.

I enjoy working in Applied Behaviour Analysis because it gives me the opportunity to help people learn new skills that support their independence and confidence. Whether it’s building communication, social, or daily living skills, I love seeing how these changes can help individuals become more engaged in their communities. Supporting inclusion and helping others take steps toward a more active and connected life is what makes this work meaningful to me.

One of the most rewarding aspects of working in the ABA field is seeing the children I support develop and master new skills that promote their independence. It’s really meaningful to build those connections and watch their progress over time. Seeing how these milestones can make a positive difference not just for the child, but for their whole family, is what makes this work so special and is a big part of my passion for ABA.
